NC Kid Arrested for Alleged Bomb Threat

I read an article from drudge that a 16-year old North Carolina kid was arrested by the FBI, under the Patriot Act no less, for allegedly calling in a bomb threat from his home.   The article came from WRAL.com and some of the comments were very interesting to say the least.  I would be interested to hear some of your comments once you have read the story here.
